1. Introduction & Service Agreement

By accessing our website, browsing our product catalog, placing an order via our website, WhatsApp, or phone, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. 2. Orders, Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Delivery Coverage: We provide farm-fresh delivery throughout all sectors of Islamabad and key localities in Rawalpindi (including Bahria Town, DHA, Cantt, Satellite Town, Westridge, and Chaklala).
• Order Timelines: Orders received before 2:00 PM are scheduled for same-day delivery between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched the next morning.
• Delivery Charges: Standard delivery within Islamabad and Rawalpindi is Rs. 200. Orders above Rs. 3,500 qualify for free home delivery.
• Product Handling: All eggs and poultry products are packed in specialized shock-absorbent trays and insulated food-safe containers to ensure peak freshness and hygiene.

3. Pricing & Payment Methods

• Currency: All prices listed on falahfarms.pk and in our Google Merchant product feed are strictly in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Price Transparency: Prices are inclusive of all farm packaging. No hidden checkout surcharges.
• Payment Options: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Direct Bank Transfer, and Mobile Wallets (JazzCash / EasyPaisa) upon order verification.

4. Replacement, Return & Cancellation Policy

We stand behind the quality of every product. Our zero-hassle replacement guarantee ensures that:

• If any egg arrives cracked or damaged during transit, notify us within 24 hours via WhatsApp with a photo, and we will issue an immediate free replacement or account credit.
• Orders can be cancelled free of charge anytime prior to dispatch from our farm in Bangiala.
